Access and inclusion reviews
Understand the barriers people encounter when using your space or service.
An access and inclusion review looks beyond the entrance. We consider how people find information, arrive, move through a setting, communicate, participate and provide feedback.
What a review can include
The agreed scope may cover:
Pre-visit information and booking.
Arrival and movement through the space.
Signs and wayfinding.
Lighting, sound and sensory conditions.
Communication options.
Forms and service processes.
Staff interactions and participation choices.
Opportunities to rest, withdraw or return.
The Process
How People Contribute
We discuss whose experiences need to inform the review and suitable ways for them to participate.
Input may be written, spoken, supported by communication tools or gathered through an agreed visit or activity.
What You Receive
Your proposal identifies the outputs. These may include a findings report, practical recommendations and an action plan with priorities, responsibilities and review points.
Technical Checks
This service considers inclusion within an agreed scope.
If your project requires a formal building compliance audit, engineering advice or another technical certification, we identify the relevant specialist input separately.
Plan Your Review
Tell us about the site or service, what has prompted the review and any upcoming changes or deadlines.
