Sleep Outside the Box: 2 Part Series | Term 4
Sleep can look different for our neurodivergent smalls
This 2-part, in-person workshop series is designed specifically for parents and carers of children navigating neurodivergence. Discover practical sleep strategies for neurodivergent smalls, including those who are autistic, have ADHD, sensory processing differences, PDA, and anxiety.
Led by neuroinclusive sleep consultant Chrissy Lacey from Sleepy Smalls Co, this series blends practical tools with a deep understanding of how regulation, sensory needs, and emotional safety shape sleep for children with neurodivergent profiles.
We'll Discuss:
Neurodivergent brains and biologically how sleep looks different for them
Insights into sleep refusal, hyperarousal and over-connectivity
Evidence informed strategies tailored to neurodivergent brains
Support with sensory processing, visual supports, and social story use
A neuro-affirming understanding of what “better sleep” really means
These small group sessions are warm, relaxed and designed to be a space where your experience is understood. You’ll have time to ask questions, connect with others, and take away resources to use at home.
This is not your typical sleep workshop. It’s built for neurodivergent minds, and the families who love them.
Please note: This is a 2-part workshop series. Your ticket covers entry to both sessions — they are not sold separately. Attendance at both sessions is recommended to gain the full benefit of the workshop content and tailored strategies.
**Respite child care during these sessions will be available on-site for your smalls by the team at The Inclusive Movement. If you require this FREE service, please include a respite ticket within your purchase at checkout.
