Helping Create Accessible, Inclusive Spaces for Every Event

Whether you’re an organisation, school, or family, we provide hireable sensory tents and resources to help you create more inclusive spaces for individuals of all ages & abilities.

Why Hire a Sensory Tent or Sensory Resources?

Creating an inclusive space or event means ensuring everyone feels safe, supported, and able to participate — and sensory needs are a big part of that. Sensory tents and calming resources provide a dedicated space where individuals can take a break from noise, crowds, or overwhelming stimulation.

By offering a quiet, supportive environment, you help people regulate, reduce stress, and re-join the event feeling comfortable and included. These sensory spaces also help reduce the barriers that often prevent individuals from fully engaging, making your event more accessible, welcoming, and truly inclusive for all.

What are Sensory Tents?

Sensory tents are calming, low-stimulation spaces designed to support individuals who may feel overwhelmed in busy, noisy, or unpredictable environments. They can be equipped with soft lighting, comfortable seating, weighted items, fidgets, visual supports, noise-reducing tools, and other sensory resources that help individuals regulate and reduce sensory overload.

These spaces provide a safe retreat where people can pause, reset, and rejoin the event when they feel ready.
