As NDIS support coordinators, our primary goal is to navigate the complex NDIS system alongside you, providing guidance and ensuring that you receive the essential services and support needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
We collaborate closely with you, ensuring that you receive the necessary services and support to effectively achieve the best possible outcomes. We help you understand your NDIS plan, including the available funding, and connect you with suitable service providers.
Additionally, we provide assistance in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation of the plan. We can also assist you in preparing for plan reviews and help with the development of new plans as needed.

In addition we can offer Specialist Support Coordination which is a funded service under NDIS that provides additional support to individuals facing complex barriers. It falls under Capacity Building, Level 3.
